*All bark is single-origin and sourced directly from our farm in Long Valley, NJ. While we are not formally organic certified, we follow all organic practices. Our farm has been herbicide and pesticide free since before we acquired it in 2016.

Mineral Profile and Sediment: Due to the unique mineral and nutrient profile of hickory bark, over time, charged particles will often begin to attract and suspend within the syrup. What you're seeing is actually the good stuff! This is totally natural and sign of minimal processing and refinement. Shake it up and it will disperse right back into the syrup.
